PRODUCTION TIME

Unless otherwise stated, production time is 7-10 business days once payment and order details have been finalized.  Production time does not start until payment is secured.  Payment is due at the time orders are placed.  Production time does not include shipping/transit time.  Items ships from Texas, and transit times range from 1-5 days depending on distance.  

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

United States Postal Service is a preferred provider, with the majority of products shipping via Priority Mail.  Depending on size, weight, and destination, we may opt to ship via USPS Parcel or freight services.

Delivery dates are estimates and dependent upon the carrier.  Once a parcel is transferred to USPS, UPS, Fedex, or the other carrier's custody, we have no control over transit and delivery schedules.  Please contact the appropriate carrier with inquiries on delivery schedules.  We can not guarantee delivery dates.  

LOCAL PICK-UP BY APPOINTMENT

Our studio is located in Lewisville, TX.  Residents of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex may opt to save on shipping charges and pick up at our studio.  Pick up is available by appointment either Wednesday evening from 6:30 pm - 8 pm, or Saturday from 9 am- 1 pm.

ABANDONED PROPERTY

ACD will hold property for up to 6 weeks for customer pickup.  Orders not paid or picked up orders within 6 weeks will be considered abandoned property by the customer.  ACD will make an attempt to contact customer, but once considered abandoned, ACD reserved the right to dispose, sell, and/or relabel any products in our possession.  

 

RETURNS

Custom items are not eligible for return.  Please make you selection carefully prior to purchase.

Non-custom items may be returned with a Return Authorization.  To request a Return Authorization for a non-custom order, email ArcherCustomDesigns[at]gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and tracking number for the return shipping.  We'll advise you when we receive the returned item, and refund the purchase price of the item.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Customers who received promotional pricing, volume price discounts, free gift with purchase, or other promotional credit will receive a refund minus the value of the promotion and/or waived shipping fees.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

To report a lost shipment, email ArcherCustomDesigns[at]gmail.com with your order number and order date.  We'll research the tracking number, file an insurance claim, and replace the lost package.

To report a damaged shipment, email ArcherCustomDesigns[at]gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number, order date, or tracking number
  • Photograph(s) of exterior of damaged parcel/package
  • Photograph(s) of damaged product

Damaged shipments must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of the package.  Failure to report receipt of a damaged parcel within 5 business day of receipt will void eligibility for replacement.  

We'll research the tracking number, file an insurance claim, and replace the lost package.  

INCORRECT ORDERS

To report an order which is incorrect, email ArcherCustomDesigns[at]gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number, order date, or tracking number
  • Photograph(s) of the incorrect item
  • Note describing the error

Incorrect orders must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of the package.  Failure to report incorrect orders within 5 business days of receipt will void eligibility for replacement.

Orders that contains a mistake by ACD will be replaced free of charge.  Customers who submitted erroneous information with their order will not be eligible for free replacement.  Please review your order details before finalizing your purchase.
